Event Information

Come join us Thursday, May 21, 2020 at El Cisne Restaurant for our soft reopening kick-off networking lunch! This members-only special event will allow each attendee approximately 1 minute to introduce themselves and their business to the group during the lunch. Only 40 member tickets are available and must be purchased in advance!

Event Time: 11am - 1pm
Lunch Served @ 11:30am

Tickets must be purchased by 9:00pm on May 20, 2020.

This event will follow the social-distancing guidelines and occupancy requirements as defined by the State of Arizona.

*Please note this is a special event and not part of the normal Evening Mixers included in the Membership.

Option 1 - Enchiladas de Pollo (Chicken)
Two rolled corn tortillas filled with chipotle marinated chicken breast topped with our red chile sauce.

Option 2 - Enchiladas de Julienne Vegetables (Vegetarian)
Two rolled corn tortillas filled with Julienne style vegetables topped with our green tomatillo sauce.

Option 3 - Ensalada Cisne with Chicken
Mixed greens with carrot, cucumber, tomato, walnut, cranberries & grilled chicken.

Option 4 - Ensalada Cisne with Medley of Vegetable (Vegetarian)
Mixed greens with carrot, cucumber, tomato, walnut, cranberries & medley of vegetable.

Option 5 - Combo Plate with Beef
Beef taco and Red Beef Tamale

Option 6 - Combo Plate with Vegetables (Vegetarian)
Vegetarian taco and Green Corn Tamale.

Option 7 - Tacos de Pescado (Fish Tacos)
Wild caught Corvina Fish, grilled, topped with cabbage and pico de gallo.

**Each entrée (except salads) comes with rice & beans.
