Grilled Hawaiian marinated chicken breast served with a Takatsu sauce (Japanese BBQ) and a pineapple and rum relish.

Grilled Mahi served with applewood smoked bacon and blackened shrimp salsa.

Kon Tiki’s Meatloaf on a bed of white rice topped with brown gravy and an overeasy egg and shaved green onion.
Hawaiian Rolls with whipped butter
Garlic butter and white wine mixed with vegetables.
Steamed White Rice & Fried Rice
Mixed baby Greens tossed with grape tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, and parmesan croutons. served with balsamic dressing and ranch.

Mixed grill of Portobello mushrooms, vine-ripened tomato, sweet potato, mixed bell peppers, red onion, and yellow squash drizzled with a balsamic glaze and white truffle oil.
